Top 8 Strongest Quirks in My Hero Academia

Quirk:

Explosion allows Katsuki to excrete sweat similar to nitroglycerin from his palms and ignite it at will to create various explosions.

Weaknesses:

During cold weather, the nitroglycerin-like sweat requires a slightly longer time to detonate, as opposed to warm weather, where conditions are optimal for ignition.

Repeated explosions, particularly large ones, eventually result in throbbing pain to Katsuki’s arms and shoulders. Additionally, creating explosions with both arms at the same time causes their overall strength to disperse between both limbs, leading to individually weaker blasts.

Quirk:

Decay allows Tomura to destroy anything his hand’s touch, making it crumble to dust.

Weaknesses:

Because the Quirk requires Tomura to touch a solid object in order to be activated, it is possible to counter Decay through Quirks that allow for the manipulation of fluids or particles, which Tomura cannot properly touch with his fingers. this Quirk is not effective if the user is wearing a pair of gloves.

Quirk:

Erasure allows Shota to cancel other Quirk powers and abilities simply by looking at the target.

Weaknesses:

Erasure has a limit of how long it can remain active, with repeated use of the Quirk shortening its maximum duration for every new activation. Whenever Shota’s Quirk gets deactivated, his hair falls down to its original position, which an observant enemy can take advantage of by predicting a potential opening for an attack. Erasure requires a continuous focus on a specific target for its effects to be maintained, meaning Shota can’t afford to get distracted not even blink.

Quirk

Half-Cold Half-Hot allows the user to generate ice from the right side of his body and flames from the left.

Weaknesses:

The user needs to constantly alternate the use of both his sides, heating himself with his left side after using ice or cooling himself with his right side after using fire. Overusing either side without using the other to regulate his temperature could lead to either frostbites or overheating, with possibly fatal consequences.

Quirk:

Rewind gives Eri the ability to reverse a living being’s body back to a previous state. Those that are in contact or in the vicinity of Eri at the moment of the activation start having their bodies rewound to previous physical states, undoing or bringing back injuries or modifications from the present or the past. She is capable of reverting people back to a point before they even existed, effectively erasing them from existence.

Weaknesses:

Rewind, as confirmed by Neito Monoma, requires an accumulation of a yet unknown element in order to be activated, otherwise, the Quirk will remain dormant, with Eri’s horn remaining small and stubby.

Quirk:

One For All allows the user to stockpile an enormous amount of raw power, allowing them to significantly enhance all of their physical abilities to a superhuman level. This results in unbelievable levels of strength, speed, agility, and durability.

Weaknesses:

When One For All is transferred, the new users body is not naturally suited to it like they would be with a Quirk they were born with (ex. Someone who breathes fire doesn’t burn their mouth while using their ability). In addition, One For All is a lot to handle; if one’s body can’t handle the power, then their body could be blown apart. Because of this, the successor must undergo intense and rigorous training of the body.

After One For All is transferred, the previous user is left with only the “leftover embers” of the Quirk. While they would still be able to utilize the power, these leftover embers will not last for long, resulting in the predecessor eventually losing One For All completely.

Quirk:

Overhaul gives Kai the ability to disassemble and then reassemble anything he touches with his bare hands. Once Kai takes a target apart, he has the options of either leaving it destroyed, restoring it to its original form or shaping it into something new

Weaknesses:

Overhaul can be restrained if Kai becomes unable to utilize his arms.

Quirk:

All For One allows the user to steal other people’s Quirks and wield these stolen powers as their own or to transfer them to someone else.

Weaknesses:

There are some limitations to the Quirk. Not all recipients of a Quirk from All For One are able to handle the strain of gaining them. Subsequently, they may become mindless dolls, who are not able to speak or think for themselves.

The effectiveness of the Quirks that are stolen by All For One depends on his own abilities. He stated that he did not want to steal Best Jeanist‘s Fiber Master, as it required too much training and experience to truly master, and implies that he prefers to steal Quirks with straightforward abilities. the large number of accumulated Quirks within All For One was becoming dangerous to the user himself. While it seemed that All For One could allow the user to safely control any number of Quirks, there is a limit to how much the user can control without it adversely affecting them,
